Story Telling from the Tipi

Children sit down in a circle on the prairie grass in the teepee with a little bit of natural light shining down through the opening at the top of the poles while the breeze blows the amazing sent of bannock cooking on the open pit outside. They listen to elders and veterans tell stories about experiences in life.
Treaty four is and can be an awesome experience for all ages. Everyone from children to elders can enjoy these seven fun-filled days. It is a great opportunity to learn about the past, present, and near future.
Watch for our article on Nelson Tanner, a veteran, who was an electrician on planes during the cold war. We hope to have our article ready next week, but first we have to listen to his interview we taped on Mikisha's iphone.
